upper steel reinforcement on this Cheshire County Council bridge deck in
Winsford. Term Contractor Edmund Nuttall appointed RSS to provide a design and
build carbon fibre strengthening solution to reinstate the load carrying
capacity of the bridge.
RSS also assisted Edmund Nuttall in the
preparation of the Approval in Principle document (AIP) before submission to
the client.
