Grant Roxburgh

RSS was formed during 2005 by company director Grant Roxburgh.

Grant is a qualified Civil Engineer with an honours degree from Sheffield University. He also has a Level 3 NVQ in Occupational Health and Safety Practice. As well as being a Graduate member of the Institution of Civil Engineers he is a Technician member of the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health and an Associate member of the International Institution of Risk and Safety Management. Grant is also working towards becoming an NVQ assessor.

He has accrued substantial experience in the repair, strengthening and refurbishment of reinforced concrete structures and buildings.

John McDonald

Grant is assisted by Office Manager, John McDonald. John is the main point of liaison with the company’s key suppliers.

John has spent over 40 years working in the construction industry and has been working with Grant since 1991.

Alex Dolan

Alex Dolan is responsible for the day-to-day running of RSS sites.

Alex is registered with the Construction Skills Certification Scheme and has a wealth of experience in the specialist techniques used by RSS.
