Upon completion of every project or visit we try to obtain feedback on our performance with regard to number of criteria (Overall Quality of Product, Overall Quality of Service, Defects at Handover, Delivery to Agreed Cost, Delivery to Agreed Time & Safety). Clients assess our performance by giving a mark out of 10 - a mark of 1 meaning totally dissatisfied, a mark of 10 meaning totally satisfied. Current ratings (based on feedback from 58 completed projects, a response rate of 68.24%):
